Featured Product – Awning with Optional Tent
Its design and look match the contemporary style of our caravans and is better integrated on the vehicle sides.
The awning’s projection is up to 2.5m to increase your personal space, protecting you from the sun and rain.
In addition to the awning, there is also the option to purchase the Thule EasyLink Tent. The tent is ultra light and has been jointly designed by Thule and Aussie Traveller to best suit Australian conditions. It is made from a highly innovative lightweight tear resistant Riptop fabric.
How are Caravelair Caravans Made?
Caravelair have been producing caravans since 1962 and are number one in the French market for the supply of caravans; they are not only attractive and functional, but guarantee enjoyable family holidays with an excellent quality-price ratio.
Part of the Trigano Group, Caravelair caravans are manufactured at a 200,000m2 site located in the heart of the Rhone Valley vineyards in France.
On one of our recent visits, we were lucky enough to have a tour of their factory floor, and wanted to share with you the exciting and complex process which goes into making these great caravans.
Supplying Power to Your Caravan
A few decades ago, nearly all the caravans which were on the roads in Australia had very simple electrical systems: 230V mains supply for a small amount of powerpoints and a simple lighting system.
Times have definitely changed!
